I have two Mkiv tdi golfs, so I end up doing a timing belt change once every couple of years. For me, this is not a frequency that allows me to remember all of the tricks that are importance to do the job successfully. Following Tyler’s instructions in this video made everything go more smoothly than any other belt change. Only mistake I made was not getting the red hose plugs, and turning the wheel after I detached the power steering pump.
