Generation 2 Sigma Shifter Parts Diagram
Gen 2 Sigma utilized a laser cut stainless steel front-to-back bracket. These shifters were offered from 2010 through 2023. There are a lot of these shifters out there and we are pleased to offer repair items to support them.

Bell Crank for MQ250 (MK5+ 5-speed only)

8mm lock nut attaches front-to-back to selector shaft of transmission

Perfect Pivot side-to-side cable end inserts (2021 and up)

5mm alignment pin for locking the stick inside the cabin in the home position
- Shiny metal clip for cable end pin and pivot pin
- Bell Crank for 5-speed MK4 and 6-speed
- Pivot Pin for bell crank; slides into selector shaft housing on transmission

#10-32 stainless screws for aluminum cable ends (1/2" for 2022+ or 3/4" for 2021 and earlier)

Nutbar compatible with all In-Line type cable ends
- Pivot Pin Bushings 1J0711067L
- Slider 5 or 6 speed specific; must be matched to front to back plate thickness
- Front-to-Back Assembly comprising Fig. 16, 17, 18, 19, & 21
- Front-to-Back Bracket 3 thicknesses over the years: .261" .300" or .312" may be a stacked pair of plates or one single plate
- Front-to-Back bolt attaches cable end to front-to-back bracket M8 or 5/16-18
- Spacer separates spherical bearing of cable end from front-to-back bracket
- Front-to-Back Nut M8 or 5/16-18

- OE 'Square head' Cable End not included, requried for Sigmas sold after 2021
- Side-to-Side cable end Discontinued. Not available.

Please note - the shifters with an aluminum side to side cable end are VERY difficult to readjust once all 4 bolts on the cable end are tightened so be 100% positive you have it adjusted PERFECTLY before snugging down the 4 side to side cable end bolts.
We recommend tightening only the bolt closest to the end of the cable end, then performing the elevator test LINK to ensure you've got the shifter adjusted properly before finishing the install.
