Our VW flywheel lock works great with DSG, auto and manual transmission flywheels. In fact, this tool works great with all four cylinder engines, gas and diesel! Works on five or six speed manual transmission flywheels. The tool bolts to the bottom rear hole in your engine block and keeps your flywheel held firmly in place while you loosen or tighten your flywheel bolts. A real time saver!

Excellent Tool

Just picked this little gem up a couple weeks ago, worth every penny. Can't believe how many clutches I replaced using a prybar shoved in the flywheel teeth while removing and retorquing flywheel and pressure plate fasteners. No more - this tool saves major time and hassle!

Glad I bought this little tool. It's simple and works well. I've done clutches without this and it's a hassle. Well worth the price.

Flywheel Holding Tool 3067

As the name says it does. Absolutly no complaints. The old DMF had turned so the bolts were no longer visible. the tool held up to my efforts and did it's job.

Made The Job Easy

This tool made the job super easy to tighten the clutch on. I can only imagine trying to tighten the flywheel without it. You don't need the tool for long, but you will be happy you have it.
